A visit from Aunt Cookie

Seriously…is there anyone else who’d get up in their robe and dance on the Xbox with the kids?

Happy 5th Kingsley!

Kingsley has been HUGE into mermaids lately. 

Drawing pictures of them all the time – at school, at home, whenever she has free time.

So naturally, when it came time for planning her party she wanted…mermaids!

We invited Ariel to come, and I created the cake {which I’m pretty proud of ;)}.

 

 

 

Before opening her presents, we discussed thank-you cards and instated the rule that after every gift one needs to be written.

This helped keep the cards from becoming overwhelming. 

And slowed down the opening process {hence the different outfits…it took her several days to get through them}.
